Lap Swim



Water Exercise Class

Adult Basketball

Players 18 years of age or older interested in playing some moderately competitive basketball are invited to play at the YMCA.
The players on the court organize the games. Monday through Friday, Noon - 1pm, Wednesday 6-8pm and Tues/Thurs 6am-7:30am

Our 5-lane, 25 yard pool is available for lap swim throughout the week.
M-F 5:30am-8:25am and 11am-1pm Evenings and weekends vary, please check pool schedule


Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. Join us!

We have two courts available throughout the day for members or non members with a day pass to play. Reserve a court up to one week in advance for up to two hours.

Water Group Exercise

Water exercise classes provide a total body workout using the resistance of the water. Support of the water allows little strain or jarring of the joints. Benefits include cardio-vascular endurance, muscle strengthening & flexibility. No swimming skills necessary.

Aquacise (Water Excercise) is a high-energy aerobic class, which can be done at your own pace. This universal class is designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, agility, strength and balance in an aqua environment.

Water Restore is a gentle workout for people with arthritisor MS - American Arthritis Foundation approved.

Deep Water H20X is held in the deep end of the pool using "noodles" to aid in flotation while treading water.

AQUA ZUMBAŽ - Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine with energizing music. Just add water and shake!

Deep Water Jogging – Jogging in the deep end with Aqua Belts or walking the shallow end. All abilities are welcome to participate. This class is self-lead and no instructor is present.

Exercise Classes are FREE to Y Members.

For ages 6 - adult
Everyone from kindergarten through adult is invited to learn the Japanese self-defense sport of Judo. Beginner, intermediate and advanced are welcome to come learn basic holds, throws, break falls, safe falls, injury prevention and balance. There are tournament opportunities as students progress. Six week sessions
Instructors: Colleen Bishop, Terry Nordin and Chris Kennedy.

Class meets on Saturdays:
8:00 - 10:30am 16 years old and up
10:30am – Noon 6 years -15 years old

Session I: January 4- February 8
Session II: February 15 - March 21
Session III: March 28 - May 2

Kids 8 years and up along with adults can learn some self-defense, get physically fit and gain confidence by joining in this traditional Japanese Karate class. Wear comfortable clothing or purchase a uniform.
