Youth Fitness Classes

Looking for something to do after school? The Y is offering classes specifically for youth ages 8-13 years old. This is a great way to learn how to exercise properly with certified personal trainer, Amber York. Classes are free for Y members. Non-members will need to purchase a teen day pass for $6 or a class punch card: $50 for 10 classes.

Mondays Starting September 7th
3:40-4:00pm BASIC LIFTING
4:00-4:20pm POUND

Wednesdays Starting September 2nd
3:15-4:00pm Circuit Training

A signed Code of Conduct by youth/parent is required before attending the first class.

No registration is necessary
