CAMP WANNAGO  -  Summer 2008

Join us for lots of fun in the sun with new friends at the YMCA!  Camp Wannago has action packed days of summer fun.  Fridays are Field Trips Days.  Care is available Monday-Friday 6am—6pm for full or half days.  Camp Wannago is  located at the YMCA.  Nutritious snacks are included in the cost.  Children have the option to swim daily.

To register or for more information stop by the WeeFolks Office at the Y or call 327-2418.  Register by May 14th to pay the reduced $6.00 registration rate.  Regular registration fee is $16.

WEEFOLKS

Weefolks offers care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.  This state licensed program provides:  discovery, learning through play, field trips, intergenerational activities, swimming, gym time, and qualified staff trained in positive behavior guidance.  Emphasis is placed on developing physical, social, emotional, and intellectual selves.

Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Call 327-2418 for more information.

WEECARE

You can enjoy your workout more knowing your child is being cared for by trained, caring staff.  While using the WeeCare program, one parent must remain in the YMCA building.  Occasional snack and beverage donations are appreciated!

SUMMER HOURS:         Monday-Friday               8:00am-Noon

                                        Monday-Thursday       3:30pm-6:30pm

                                       Saturday                        9:00am-Noon

WINTER HOURS:          Monday-Friday               8:00am-Noon

                                       Monday-Friday               3:30- 7:00pm

                                       Saturday                        9:00am–1:00pm

 

There is a 2 hour time limit.  Free for YMCA members! 

(WeeCare hours are subject to change based on  usage.)

5—12 CLUB   (Summer and No-School Days)

Bring your school-aged child to the Y while you work out.  5—12 Club is a supervised playtime for older children (ages 5-12).  Children will take part in indoor and outdoor play, games, sports, and arts & crafts.  Parents must remain in the YCMA while children are participating in 5-12 Club.  Meets in the Family Center.

Mondays & Wednesdays          9am—11am

Parent—Tot Playtime / Winter 2008-2009

During the cold winter months, we invite families to come and play in the YMCA gym.  Our staff will set up play equipment geared for toddlers and preschool age children.  You will have fun playing with balls, bean bags, climbers, scooters, slides and more.  Parent interaction is required.

Tuesdays and Thursdays:  10:30am-11:15am

Program runs December 2 — March 26
