At the Itasca County Family YMCA, providing a secure and supportive environment for our staff, volunteers, youth, and vulnerable individuals is a top priority. Every concern or allegation brought forward is taken seriously. We are committed to reviewing each report promptly, thoroughly, and impartially.
We encourage open communication and hope individuals feel comfortable sharing concerns directly with YMCA leadership. However, we recognize that speaking up can sometimes feel challenging. You are not required to have definitive proof of abuse to make a report, reasonable suspicion is enough.
If you observe any warning signs, policy violations, inappropriate conduct, or actions that conflict with our Abuse Prevention & Risk Management policies or Code of Conduct, please complete the reporting form below. Reports may be submitted anonymously. All information received is treated confidentially and addressed in accordance with established procedures to protect the rights and privacy of everyone involved.
Please note that limited details may affect how quickly or thoroughly we can investigate a concern. Even so, we are dedicated to reviewing and responding to all reports, including those submitted anonymously, to the fullest extent possible.
When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
